For lunch I made a wrap using a flatout wrap, red pepper hummus, turkey, lettuce, red onion, avocado and cucumber. My salad is nothing special, just cucumber and red onion.

I have a great snack for today!!!

Tonight my mom is making me dinner so I most likely will be able to post it at her house.

Around 10:00am I started getting hungry so I had a cup of miso soup. This soup is really good, only 35 calories but it is really high in sodium.

For lunch I had a turkey wrap using a flatout wrap with red pepper hummus, turkey, cucumber and red onion. I also had a salad…pretty plain.
