After volleyball practice I met my mom at the gym. I was kind of tired so I just did 30 minutes on the stairmaster. I burned 247 calories…better than nothing. After the gym we went to dinner at Greenhouse Cafe. I ordered the tossed salad with red onion, broccoli, avocado, sprouts, mushrooms, parmasean cheese with a little of nonfat italian and nonfat ranch.
After dinner I went to Trader Joe’s and picked up a few things.
When I got home I had a glass of wine and ice cream (no pic).
