I had another smoothie again for breakfast and an iced coffee. Today it was:

  • 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal
  • 1/2 of banana
  • tbs of peanut butter
  • tbs of dark chocolate chips
