The girls did good at there game last night, we ended up beating them 2 out of 3. I got home around 7:30pm with dinner on the table and a clean family room…it was nice. Mike picked me up a garden salad and I added a morningstar chicken patty on the top. I had ranch dressing on the side and just fork dipped it. I also added some sprays of italian dressing. I ate all of it except the cheese and tomatoes.
Got a little exercise September 25, 2008
Instead of going to spin class after practice I went to my future sister-in-laws house to exercise with her. We walked/jogged 2 miles and did push-ups, crunches, squats, and a bunch of other stuff that I don’t know what they are called. For dinner we decided on chicken salads with romaine lettuce, carrots, tomato, grilled chicken, peppercinis, some parm cheese, a little bbq sauce and some ranch dressing. It was really good. I remembered to take the picture after I already starting eating.

I’m actually glad it is Monday. I don’t know why but I have the hardest time controlling myself over the weekend. I always eat and drink way too much. So today I need to get back on track.
Saturday night I had a little scare…I ended up in urgent care till 3am. Around midnight I was walking to the bathroom and half way there I felt the worst pain in my foot. It felt like a huge needle got stabbed in my foot. I looked down and saw a huge scorpion running across the room. I started scream to Mike to kill it!!!! He did and put it in a bottle and we rushed to the urgent care which is 45 minutes away from our house. When I got there the doctor said that it was definitely a poisonous one. They took my blood, put in an IV and gave me some medicine so I wouldn’t be nauseous. 2-3 hours later I was able to leave. He said I should be fine. Boy was that scary!
I just realized that I forgot my camera cord at home. I was in a hurry this morning and switched bags…I left it in the other bag.
Sorry! I’ll have to upload my breakfast and lunch tomorrow. For breakfast I had instant oatmeal and a very ripe banana.

9-13-08 Breakfast and lunch September 13, 2008
Mike had to leave early this morning to take his CSET in Riverside at 7am. So I was up early with him. I did a 2.2 mile walk on the treadmill and then made breakfast. I had a spinach omelet with egg whites, cheese, salsa and avocado. On the side I had a whole wheat english muffin with lowfat cream cheese. Great breakfast…I love eggs!!!
I made a quick lunch before I went to my mom’s house. She needed help loading songs on her ipod. I made a chicken salad with mixed greens, olives, zucchini, cucumber, sprouts, cheese, and croutons with a light balsamic vinaigrette.
Tonight for dinner I’m planning on making tacos for Mike and a big taco salad for me….and a few light beers to drink. Hopefully I’ll be able to post the picture later.
EDIT: When Mike got home from taking his test we went to his sister’s house, but before we left I had a spinach pizza and 2 coors lights. When we got to his sister’s I made myself a turkey sandwich with mustard, cheese and lettuce with Doritos. I also had 2 bud light limes and a ice cream bar (270 calories). Not a very healthy night, but I’ll make up for it tomorrow.

I went to lunch with Mike and he got to choose the place. We went to M&Gs… I got a turkey sandwich with a side salad and ranch dressing. The sandwich had mustard, lettuce, and tomato on white bread. I can’t even remember the last time I had white bread. My lunch was very BLAH…..never again will I order this. To drink I had a sprite. Very disappointing lunch.
Up late September 8, 2008
I was up late last night watching the stupid VMAs. Ughhh…they were horrible. I couldn’t stand the host, he was awful. But I kept watching and hoping that Britney was going to perform. Oh well, at least she won three awards. Anyways, my weekend was horrible…food wise. I don’t know what it is but during the week I do so good but soon as Friday hits I go into a fat ass mode and just want to eat and consume a lot of alcohol. This is my biggest problem! So for this weekend I want to see if I can go without the alcohol and fast food.

So on to my Monday morning…I didn’t really feel like eating this morning, probably due to the over consumption of food over the weekend. But I had a pear and Larabar. Now I know what all the rage is about with these bars. They are so freakin good!!!!! A little high in calories, but good.
For lunch I made a salad with sprouts, bell pepper, cucumber, carrots, zucchini with the best miso caeser dressing ever. On the side I had some soybeans.
Leaving early September 4, 2008
I have to leave work around noon because I’m having an early practice today. It’s going to end at 3:15pm so afterwards I’m going to run a few errands then meet my mom at the gym at 5pm to do a lifting class. After the class I’m going out to dinner with my mom at Greenhouse Cafe…they have really good salads.
For lunch today I had the rest of my salad from yesterday and a sandwich on an english muffin with hummus, turkey, avocado and cucumbers.
Stuffed to the max September 3, 2008
I started eating my salad that I brought for lunch but then a friend said they wanted to go get lunch…so I put my salad away and joined her at a place called Charlie Brown Farms. Their avocado and sprout sandwich sounded good. I got it on a whole wheat roll with cheddar cheese and no mayo. It was good, but not great. The sandwich from yesterday was much better.
I had a few bites of my salad, I’ll probably save it for tomorrow.
