I wanted to wait a little longer to eat my lunch but I couldn’t do it…I was too hungry. I started my lunch off with veggies (cucumber, carrots and zucchini) and red pepper hummus. The carrots weren’t good so I didn’t eat those. Next I had a great sandwich with turkey, laughing cow cheese, sprouts, cucumber, mustard, and 1/2 an avocado on low sodium Ezekiel bread. Later on I’ll probably have a plum.
I need to make a trip to the store soon because that was the last of our veggies and fruit. But I probably won’t have time until this weekend.
Mike and I both have games tonight so he’s going to pick dinner up for us on his way home. I’ll post my dinner tomorrow morning, like I usually do.
