Around 10:00am I started getting hungry so I had a cup of miso soup. This soup is really good, only 35 calories but it is really high in sodium.

For lunch I had a turkey wrap using a flatout wrap with red pepper hummus, turkey, cucumber and red onion. I also had a salad…pretty plain.

Good morning!! Well this is my first food post as a blogger. This morning for breakfast I had 1/2 cup of oats with a ripe banana and a spoon full of almond butter.
